Easy question for UK Immigration Officers considering landed immigrant status for Muslims. :

"As you are a Muslim, I take it that you believe in Polygamy?"

"Yes , it is written in the Koran."

" Not our style, old chap, now cut along."

    1. With the follow-up question, "Do you think women who don't cover their heads are whores?" - should do the trick. Given the amount of geriatric "unaccompanied children" who seemed to have been allowed through the net, asking these questions while the interviewee is hooked up to a polygraph might be advisable. And it strikes me that asking applicants for immigration officer jobs their views on these topics might also be sensible.

Polygraph testing may not be " culture fair". During the Korean War, the CIA enhanced polygraph testing data by applying such tests to captured Korean and Chinese prisoners of war.

The CIA discovered that the blood pressure trigger so easily activated among the Whites upon whom polygraphs were originally tested, did not apply to the Koreans or Chinese . Those groups could lie like Labourites without machine readability.

    1. I wonder if the same applies to Islamic extremists, who are taught that lying for the cause is perfectly acceptable - presumably the machine doesn't register a statement as a lie if the testee doesn't feel guilty about lying. Psychopaths, who are incapable of remorse, are apparently very good at beating the machine.
