Damn you, Habitat, for giving me an earworm and not even making the music available! Sod your sofas!

You get a blast of the music at the start of Habitat's 30-second long 2015 advert, "The Kiss", then they turn the volume right down before switching it up again at the end.  It keeps starting up when I'm reading Spectator articles online, and it's so damned catchy, I can't dislodge it from my bonce. I searched for the full version of the track - only to learn from Habitat that the music was created especially for the advert, and that there's no plan to release a longer version of what sounds like an absolutely perfect early '60s guitar/tenor sax instrumental single. Cruel, that's what I call it. You can watch the offending advert below - as long as you promise not to buy any of their stuff until they relent and release a downloadable 2'20"version of this mini-masterpiece :

  1. A bit reminiscent of the John Barry Seven initially, but on Prozac. I should do all you can to get it out of your mind pronto.

  6. Don't worry, Music Lover - you're safe for the meantime - but, ex-KCS, it has occurred to me that this is right up The Fulminators' alley, and, if I ever get back to making music, I certainly intend to give the world a 2'20" version of this little gem (all proceeds to be split between the Fight for Justice for the Transexual Community Committee and the Come One Come All Syrian Refugee Campaign).
