Thank God 13 years of Labour rule rid us of a privileged hereditary political elite...

    1. Whenever I read the words "Lord Kinnock" or "Baroness Kinnock" I have to take some more of my blood-pressure medication. They are Peter Simple characters made flesh... only, unbelievably, they're real! God Almighty!!!

  2. I can never hear the name Kinnock without two abiding images of this git flashing into my consciousness. That uplifting spectacle of him falling into the breakers at some seaside conference and the toe-curling TV footage of him with his loathsome acolytes , grinning inanely, swaying arhythmically and clapping along to some pop tune at another labour junket/conference.
He and his wife must be the paramount Gravy-Trainers with their son in the vanguard.
Whatever did we do to deserve them?

    1. Blame everyone North of Watford and North-West of Bristol - I'm pretty sure the rest of us (apart from the Guardian and the BBC) never gave this abysmal crew the slightest encouragement: we know that if someone acts like a clown -e.g. pratfalls on the beach - and looks like a clown (bald head with flappy red tufts at the sides) the chances are that that person is genuinely a clown (and like all clowns, utterly tragic and unfunny).
