Chiswick Book Festival James Bond Quiz winner announced! See how you match up

I was volunteered by my wife to set the 60 questions for a James Bond quiz for last month's  prestigious Chiswick Book Festival. People were charged a hefty £5 to enter, and the first prize was a first edition hardover copy of Thunderball. Entrants had two weeks to complete the questionnaire. Because it's so easy to look stuff up on the web - and because the event attracts a very savvy crowd, I knew I had to make the quiz sufficiently difficult to ensure that we weren't swamped by contestants who'd got every answer right.  But I couldn't make the questions so obscure that no one would be willing to fork out £5 to enter. In the end only one person got all of the 78 marks available (real all about him here) - actually correcting two of my answers in the process!

The contestant in second place fell short by just one and a half marks, and there was a big drop after that. If you want to try your hand, be my guest. There's no prize - but my admiration for you will be boundless...
