Fair question! (hat-tip: David Limbaugh)

  1. Just grow up and be happy. If you are not happy, look for happy harts. If you cant be happy and dont want others to be happy, be what you want but far away.
If you are happy and want others to be happy, simply love.

  2. Thanks so much Anonymous for this invaluable steer towards the enjoyment of a happy life. However, you don't seem to cover those who are unhappy but don't want others to be so. Do you have any useful advice for those who find themselves in this predicament? Should they move far away (perhaps to Happy Herts) or stay close at hand?

    1. A hart is a red deer stag more than five years old. I've been keeping my eyes peeled, but these delightful creatures appear to be in short supply here in Chiswick. I'm not sure I can manage the "simply love" stuff (God knows I've tried), so a trip to Richmond Park may be the only immediately available solution. I'll be the one laughing like a drain while being led away by the police.

The above article supports the theory that Leftist/Liberal types are emotionally undeveloped children who feel first and think later.

    1. Indeed it does, The Blank Slate Left. Thanks for the link. It also seems to underline Roger Scruton's point about the "unscrupulous optimism" of the left. Feckless feckers.
