But, of course, there's an upside. With any luck, Americans will end up with a socialist healthcare system as economically and medically efficient as our own, i.e. they'll have the privilege of paying an arm and a leg (and probably losing their remaining limbs to some rampaging hospital superbug) in order to achieve the levels of care enjoyed by those lucky enough to live within the area controlled by the Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust.
