2013 Chiswick Book Festival James Bond Quiz - the answers

Here are the answers to the James Bond Quiz. If you've reached this first without first going through the one that features the quiz without the answers, and would like to have a go, click here. As I explain there, the quiz is finished and a winner has been announced, so you'll be playing for the sheer fun of it. And now - the questions again, with the answers below. Only one entrant got all 78 points, one got 76 1/2, and the next got 63. Good luck!
